I was curious about the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind foundation because even though I don't have any visible signs of aging on my face, I'm getting to the point where I need to start thinking about preventing those pesky signs of aging.

I have been using Bare Minerals foundation in Medium 3, for the past 2 1/2 years. For some reason, this winter the BE made my usually oily, acne prone skin appear extremely flaky, so I started using liquid foundation again.

I'll admit that the main reason I got the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Foundation (Light 1, Porcelain Ivory) is because it was free after rebate at Walgreens this month, but I am really glad that I got it.

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind has become my new favorite foundation :-)! I am going to keep using this foundation even with the warmer weather coming, although I can safely wear BE with no flakies now.

Although I have not noticed younger, radiant looking skin like it promises in the ads, this is a nice foundation that has not caused any new breakouts.

I do have some minor ruddiness on my nose, which this foundation did not cover, but that's fine with me-I don't like heavy foundations, and I aim to look like I'm not wearing foundation at all-I want everyone to think I have naturally perfect skin! (If only...)

I do like the fact that this foundation has spf 18-it makes it easier to get my sunscreen in. Because it is so oily it does not usually need moisturizer, and regular sunscreen has a tendency to make me break out.

I will definitely be repurchasing this foundation, although I am on a mission to streamline my makeup bag, and use up all of the old foundations I have lying around, so it might take a while.

I give Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Foundation 5 stars!
