Cat Cosmetics Eyeshadow Review

I have 2 Cat Cosmetics Eye Shadows, one is Peepers (an iridescent powder blue with a touch of silver per the Cat Cosmetics Site) and the other is Tabby (an iridescent antique bronze) I love these eyeshadows!

Tabby is the perfect bronzey color, and it reminds me of Who's The Fairest's Bronze Booties eyeshadow, there is only a minor difference in the colors of the two shadows.

I was really suprised at how much I like the Peepers shadow. I have blue eyes, and I've always heard not to wear blue eyeshadow, but this color was so beautiful that I had to try it. The actual color is a lot bluer in real life than it is on the computer screen, and I was pleasantly suprised when I got it home.

I often wear Peepers with WTF? Crushed Velvet used wet as eyeliner. Crushed Velvet is a dark purple (it's probably almost the same as Cat's Catamaroon, I know that the manufacturer that made WTF? shadows made shadows for others as well, but I don't know for sure that they made Cat's), and the purple and the light blue together really make my blue eyes pop. This is my fave shadow combination for spring and summer.

Cat Cosmetics eye shadows go on smoothly, without a lot of the eyeshadow flaking off like some eyeshadows do.

Overall this is a great eyeshadow, and although it's more than I usually pay at $14 each, these are worth it if you're ready to splurge!

I give Cat Cosmetics eye shadows 4 stars!
